Grand Boardroom (basement)

Boardroom has conference table with seating available for 10 people plus 6 additional round tables for 4 people each.
Room is located in basement with slate floor and old field stone clad walls and adjacent to the bar area (available for an additional fee).

Basement For Events Up To 25 People

An event  basement area with old stone clad walls, bar area, and slate floors available for $300 for 4 hours plus $75 / hr additional time. Max 25 people. You must leave area clean and in same condition as provided. $200 deposit.

Private offices available upon request

Available immediately - One  2nd floor interior 160 SF office with brick floor, oriental carpet,  11 foot tall  ceilings. One large 2nd floor perimeter office @ 330SF with 2 windows overlooking historic county courthouse and lawn (can be split into 2 offices for 2 year commitment).

Starting November 1st, 2021, two  interior offices available on 1st floor at 150 SF each.

All offices include utilities, furniture, excellent WIFI, free coffee /tea, kitchen and conference rooms and access to flex spaces.

New restaurant called Willie Sutton's available for use at a discount.
